About Me

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hello and welcome! I’m Natasha, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults on their journey to mental wellness. My interest in this field began early on while working in a daycare and as a substitute teacher, where I developed a deep appreciation for the unique challenges young people face in their emotional and psychological development.

I am bilingual, fluent in both French and English, and offer my services in both languages. I take a collaborative approach in therapy, working closely with each individual to understand their unique needs and goals. By tailoring my approach to fit the person I’m working with, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating life's complexities, or a young adult managing transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you discover the tools to thrive. Let's work together to explore, understand, and transform your challenges into opportunities for growth.
