Play Therapy

Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate approach for children 12 and under, allowing them to express emotions and work through challenges in a safe, comfortable way. Through play, children can communicate feelings, develop coping skills, and build trust in the therapeutic process.

Talk Therapy

For individuals 12 and up, including young adults, talk therapy with Somatic Experiencing helps explore thoughts and emotions while also addressing the body's physical sensations. This approach fosters a deeper understanding of how past experiences may impact both the mind and body, helping individuals release stored tension and trauma, and build resilience and self-awareness.

Parent Support

I offer guidance and support to parents of children in therapy, helping them understand the therapeutic process and how to best support their child’s progress. Through regular check-ins and practical strategies, I empower parents to create a supportive home environment that complements the work done in therapy.
